Delivery Information
At Dad in Chief, every product is made especially for you — carefully crafted to order to ensure top quality and minimal waste.
Production & Fulfillment Time
Please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order ships.
You’ll receive an email once your order is being prepared and another once it ships, including your tracking link.
Estimated Delivery Times
Domestic orders (within your region): 3–8 business days after production.
International orders: 7–21 business days after production, depending on destination and customs.
Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs clearance, or seasonal volume.
Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and product type.
If you order multiple items, they may ship separately depending on fulfillment location — at no extra cost to you.
Order Tracking
Once shipped, you’ll receive tracking information via email.
Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear after dispatch.
Lost or Delayed Orders If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, please contact hello@dadinchief.com
2. Returns & Refunds
At Dad In Chief, we work with trusted print-on-demand partners to bring you high-quality products. Due to the nature of custom production, all sales are final and non-refundable except under the following circumstances:
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item with photos of the damage. We will promptly review your request and issue a replacement or refund if approved.
Lost in Transit
If your order is lost in transit or not delivered as indicated in the tracking information, reach out to us for assistance.
Incorrect Order
If you received the wrong item or incorrect size, please provide a clear photo of the item received, along with your order details, and we will resolve the issue.
Important: We do not accept returns or refunds for the following reasons:
Incorrect sizing or fit (please refer to the size guide before purchasing)
Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
Address errors provided by the customer
3. How to Request a Refund or Replacement
Email us at hello@dadinchief.com with your order number, photos of the item, and a brief description of the issue.
All requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery to be eligible for review.
