Delivery Information
All products are made to order and typically ship within 5-7 business days after processing.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its delivery status.
Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
2. Returns & Refunds
At Dad In Chief, we work with trusted print-on-demand partners to bring you high-quality products. Due to the nature of custom production, all sales are final and non-refundable except under the following circumstances:
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item with photos of the damage. We will promptly review your request and issue a replacement or refund if approved.
Lost in Transit
If your order is lost in transit or not delivered as indicated in the tracking information, reach out to us for assistance.
Incorrect Order
If you received the wrong item or incorrect size, please provide a clear photo of the item received, along with your order details, and we will resolve the issue.
Important: We do not accept returns or refunds for the following reasons:
Incorrect sizing or fit (please refer to the size guide before purchasing)
Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
Address errors provided by the customer
